What type of clothing do you take?

We will accept:

* Casual to Bridal( Party wear)

* Store brand and Name brand items purchased within the last three years

*Wedding dresses and accessories ( no more than 5 years old)

* Purses, shoes, boots, scarves and fashionable belts

Clothing must be in excellent condition! With clothing labels attached! (do not remove the original manufacturer's label before bringing in your items)

How do I bring items in?

• All items MUST be brought in on hangers. We DO NOT accept items in BAGS, BOXES OR LAUNDRY BASKETS.

We will return your hangers to you once we switch your clothing to our hangers.        

Clothing must be FRESHLY WASHED even if it has only been WORN ONCE or stored in boxes.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CLOTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE BRINGING IN;

* COLLARS  on all items

* Cuffs on sleeves.

* leg bottoms on jeans & pants

* Zippers on all items.

* Pockets in Jackets, coats, pants, skirts, shorts, Capri's.

ANY SIGNS OF  damage or TOO MUCH WEAR WE WILL REJECT THOSE ITEMS.

When do I bring clothing in? Do I need an appointment?

• If you have more than 50 items to bring in we would like to make you an appointment.
• Less than 50 you can come in during business hours.

Appointments can be made during regular business hours MON - SUNDAY

We like to reserve weekend appointments for NEW consignors or out of town consignors.

 BEST TIMES- Seasonal dates for consignments are:

  FALL & WINTER = March  - AUGUST  (clothing brought in after August will be late on the floor)

  SPRING & SUMMER = SEPTEMBER  - JANUARY  ( "Don't worry about being late" we sell Spring/Summer all year on the sales floor)

 We still WILL accept clothing after these seasonal dates however, they may not sell at the best time in the season.

ANYONE WITH AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE SERVED FIRST!

What happens to my clothes when I bring them in?

• You will need to sign a current ‘Consignment Terms Agreement’. We offer a 40% split to the consignor.
• We sort through your items, if there are items that we are unable to accept for consignment we give them back to you.  
• We offer a generous term of 3 months from the date your items are entered in the system( tagged)

 IT TAKES TWO MONTHS TO TAG CLOTHING. You will need to call us two months after your drop off date to check the status of your account and RECIEVE your term expires.

What happens when the contract time is up?

• As stated in our terms, all items expire at the end of the 3 month term, and become property of Full Figure Fashions.
• We will put them in a clearance rack & then donate items to several charities in Calgary.
• If for some reason you require your unsold items back, you must call us 5-7 days BEFORE the end of your term to arrange a return.(PULL) there is a $5 charge for this service.

Money Honey …, how do I get paid??

• We pay on demand; it is the consignors responsibility to ask us to check on the balance of their account. Accounts can be checked at any time. 
• We pay out in cash, cheque or store credit; we can apply credit directly to a purchase.
• Cheques are mailed out at end of term for out of town consignors ONLY. 
• PLEASE NOTE: Photo I.D is required for payouts and store credit used.
• Money left in the account after six months of inactivity will be purged. Please collect money regularly.

How do you determine the price of an item?

• We use a pricing grid that is based upon up to date New retail prices.
• We look at condition & clothing labels.(WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CLOTHING IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL BRAND LABELS ATTACHED)
• We set prices at 1/3 to 1/2 of retail prices(except for new items with tags still attached)

Please understand that we are a very busy store and must adhere to our policies to ensure a consistent and smooth consigning experience for all involved. Please review our terms for consigning.

Hours: Mon.- Fri. 11am to 6pm Saturday - 10am to 5pm Sunday - 11am to 4pm
